When grave robbers exhume Count Karol de Lavud (Robles) and bring his corpse to the city, the body is hidden in the hospital where Enrique (Salazar) and his fiancée Marta (Welter) work. Soon, Lavud is re-animated, and sets about his bloody plan to make Marta his bride...

This thrilling and entertaining follow-up continues to build upon the world created in the previous year’s ground-breaking original, which made its star Robles a national treasure, producing yet another uniquely Mexican spin on the vampire myth.
