Loyalty Scheme

Collecting pH Points

pH Points (“the Loyalty Scheme”) was open to registered customers of powerhousefilms.co.uk (“the Website”). The Loyalty Scheme began in 2020 and pH Points ceased generating on 19 October 2023. The Loyalty Scheme will entirely end on 1 January 2024. Existing registered customers of the Website were automatically enrolled as members of the Loyalty Scheme. Newly registered members of the Loyalty Scheme were automatically assigned a customer account.

  • One Pound (£1.00) spent at the Website earned five (5) pH Points.
  • The actual number of pH Points earned per purchase was calculated on the basis of the total amount of GBP charged per purchase, less those amounts which constituted VAT and/or shipping charges.
  • pH Points were added to a member's account within twenty-four (24) hours of said member purchasing any product/s at the Website.
  • For every One Hundred (100) pH Points collected, members were entitled to receive a discount code with an exchange value of One Pound (£1.00).
  • pH Points could be redeemed in increments of One Hundred (100) points at the Website using a unique discount code which was available to them upon the redemption of pH Points.
  • The discount code could not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that also involved the use of a code (such as the monthly new-release “BUNDLE” offer).
  • Only one discount code could be used per order.

 

Redeeming pH Points

  • The minimum amount of pH Points that could be redeemed per order was 100
  • The maximum amount of pH Points that could be redeemed per order was 5,000


When redeemed, using the pH Points console, a unique code was generated and made available to the member. Simply enter the unique code in the “Discount code” section within the checkout page.


Terms and Conditions

Lime Wood Media reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Loyalty Scheme (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Lime Wood Media will use all reasonable endeavours to maintain the Loyalty Scheme. The Loyalty Scheme may be subject to change from time to time. Members will not be eligible for any compensation should they for any reason be unable to use the Loyalty Scheme or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Loyalty Scheme. pH Points collected by members cannot be exchanged for cash. pH Points have a cash value of Zero Pounds (£0.00).
